Job Title: Regional Director of Business Development

We Are Social is a global socially-led creative agency with a strong presence in the digital marketing services industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Business Development to join our team and drive business growth across Europe and the UK.

About the Role

The Regional Director of Business Development will be responsible for building a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound techniques, identifying key accounts and decision makers, and tracking progress against plan. This individual will work closely with the Marketing team and our Campaign Manager (ABM) to develop sales strategies for top accounts and cultivate business relationships through networking and industry events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sustained pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound techniques
  • Identify and target key accounts and decision makers in the digital marketing services industry
  • Develop sales strategies for top accounts and track progress against plan
  • Cultivate business relationships through networking and industry events
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and our Campaign Manager (ABM) to develop and execute sales strategies
Requirements
  • Experience of our MarTech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense), or equivalent
  • A demonstrable record of creating new business opportunities through outbound techniques
  • A successful track record in business development within a digital or traditional agency environment
  • Strong business and marketing strategy skills
  • Superb writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Experience in outbound pursuits and a consultative approach to client engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain C-level executive relationships
  • Familiarity with digital marketing technology and trends
