We are seeking a talented video content creator with expertise in motion graphics and video editing to join our dynamic team in London. Your primary responsibility will be to produce visually captivating video content and campaigns for our performance marketing initiatives, organic social media channels, websites, out-of-home advertising, and retail settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing: Edit and compile video footage to create a polished and engaging final product, focusing on short-form content designed for social media and advertising campaigns. Incorporate special effects and graphics as needed to enhance the viewer's experience.
  • Colour Grading: Ensure consistency in visual quality by matching colours across various footage sources, delivering a professional and cohesive look.
  • Campaign Video Production: Transform raw footage from on-set videographers into compelling campaign videos that support product launches.
  • Digital Advertising: Develop a range of digital advertisements for platforms like Meta and TikTok, adhering to detailed design briefs from the content team.
  • In-Store and OOH Assets: Create video materials for in-store displays and out-of-home advertising, following specified dimensions and guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Collaborate with performance agencies and management to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS) through an integrated production process, including the creation of modular scripts for various video versions.
  • Ideation Sessions: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for video campaigns, working alongside the creative lead and social media team.
  • Content Production Oversight: Attend campaign and social shoots to ensure that produced assets align with your creative vision and objectives.
  • Content Library Utilization: Leverage the UKLASH content library to refresh existing assets and explore new storytelling formats.
  • User-Generated Content Management: Collaborate with community managers to establish a streamlined process for managing user-generated content at scale.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results while accurately estimating editing timelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and refine video content to align with UKLASH's standards of excellence, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to project briefs.

About You:

We require a minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates your capabilities. Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is preferred.

  • A mobile-first, social approach to all projects.
  • Proficiency in transforming raw footage into engaging narratives from diverse sources, including user-generated content and influencer material.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, producing new videos on a weekly basis.
  • Experience in testing creative concepts, editing multiple versions, and managing timelines and KPIs.
  • A natural storyteller with an understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
  • Experience in motion graphic design.
  • Ability to edit e-commerce videos in line with quality expectations.
  • Provide feedback to inform future strategies across teams.
  • Excellent file management skills for an efficient workflow.
