Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Executive to join our client's fast-growing company, revolutionising pet healthcare plan management for veterinary practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets from clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Data Management: Process customer transfers, manage feedback responses, and ensure system alerts are addressed promptly, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle incoming post and update customer information as needed, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
Requirements:
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in a call centre or customer-facing role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in various systems and software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Team Player: A positive and team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues to achieve shared goals.
