Service Desk Support Specialist

The Global Service Desk is a first-line response team that provides comprehensive support to our 4000+ colleagues and external clients. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer service and resolves IT issues efficiently.
Our team members receive on-the-job training to develop the skills necessary to resolve common queries and escalate more serious issues. We foster a supportive environment where team members can learn from each other and grow professionally.
The Service Desk team is an excellent starting point for your career at PA Consulting. We provide our analysts with the tools and techniques to develop the skills needed to progress and pursue their career ambitions.
Access to our training platforms will be provided to enhance and grow your skills. Typically, within two years, our team members have found their specialism and moved into other areas of the department, with some progressing to consulting roles within the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve IT issues efficiently
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology landscape
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and share knowledge
- Participate in on-the-job training and development programs
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Curiosity for learning and adapting to new technologies
