Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Business Development Representative to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting new clients, as well as following up on leads generated from our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including website traffic and general enquiries
  • Make outbound calls to fact-find, understand client needs, and offer solutions
  • Work with the wider team to close business and ensure client requirements are met
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and regular updates
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a business development role, with a proven track record of winning new business
  • Strong sales lead generation and qualification skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
