Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at StormX. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential new clients based on market research and leads obtained.
  • Consistently seek new lateral leads and opportunities based on market developments.
  • Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service and consultancy to encourage new business opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and represent the business on promotional stands, presentations.

Requirements

  • Experience in the property sector (agency, lettings, or management) would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Market leading training provided.
  • Uncapped commission package.
  • No weekend work and no specific unsociable work hours.
