Business Development Representative

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including marketing materials, website traffic, and referrals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience.
- Manage and maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of success in business development, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
