About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Loadbalancer Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities and qualifying client needs.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Generating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead nurturing
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve shared objectives and ensure a smooth handoff of leads
  • Connecting with prospects through email, social media, and business calls to build relationships and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Performing prospecting activities, including pre-call research and planning, to ensure a high level of preparedness and effectiveness
  • Liaising with the sales team to ensure the achievement of agreed targets and KPIs

About You

We are looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of proven excellence in sales and/or business development, preferably in a technology-based company. You should have the confidence and gravitas to make outbound phone calls and have a proven track record of success in sales and business development.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/lead-gen automation systems would be an advantage.
