Personal Assistant to a Celebrity in Oxfordshire

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support a celebrity in their rural office in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Apple software and Sage.
Key Responsibilities- Screening calls and managing the celebrity's diary
- Property maintenance and general administration
- Assisting with quarterly VAT returns and invoices
- Providing general support to the celebrity and the accounting team
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. A driver's license is desirable but not essential.
Working HoursThe role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, working from the office in Oxfordshire.
