ARC Group is a leading logistics provider specializing in comprehensive transport solutions for clients across the UK. We are currently seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team and effectively manage our expanding client portfolio.

Role Overview

The primary focus of this position will be on delivering exceptional service to our clientele, alongside fostering new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Monitor the performance of logistics partners to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Proactively track shipments to guarantee timely deliveries and address any issues that may arise.
  • Evaluate and negotiate transport quotes to align with client budgets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to attract new customers and expand our client base.
  • Prepare and provide accurate quotations for transport inquiries.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as required.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in the transport sector is advantageous but not mandatory (comprehensive training will be provided).
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the UK.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
