About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Phone Shop Sales Assistant in Burgess Hill Superstore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in our phone shop, ensuring their shopping experience is positive and memorable.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate starting from £12.44, increasing to £13.57 for stores within the M25.
  • A minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours as needed.
