About the Role:
Our client is seeking a committed Office Manager to enhance their operational efficiency. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of the office and supporting the team in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Distributing mail to desks and organizing outgoing correspondence.
2. Overseeing office equipment maintenance, including printers, and ensuring adequate paper supplies.
3. Assisting with the configuration of laptops for new employees and tracking deliveries.
4. Managing administrative functions, including access passes, supplies, and timely ordering of replacements.
