Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Advance. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions to live the lives they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Support with daily living tasks, such as preparing and cooking meals, attending medical appointments, and engaging in social activities.
- Assist with independent skills, such as personal care, household management, and financial planning.
- Keep accurate records and update care plans as required.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Able to demonstrate previous experience working with individuals with mental health conditions or learning disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to complete quality support records and follow a Support Plan and Risk Assessments.
- Need to be literate and numerate in English.
- Ability to achieve the Care Certificate.
