We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Lincoln. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering outreach support to our Mental Health customers, empowering them to live the lives they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, and support with daily living tasks.
- Support customers with preparing and cooking meals, attending medical appointments, and engaging in social activities.
- Keep accurate records and update care plans as required, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with Mental Health needs.
- Hold a full UK/International driving license and have access to your own vehicle, with mileage paid at 0.45p per mile.
- Be able to work every other weekend and between 7am and 10:30pm.
- Have a sound knowledge of supporting individuals with Mental Health needs and be able to follow a Support Plan and Risk Assessments.
- Be literate and numerate in English and willing to achieve the Care Certificate.
