About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Marketing Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Marketing in the conception and delivery of marketing campaigns, as well as managing and designing catalogues, leading website content developments, and driving our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Execution: Ensure the business social media strategy is executed, monitoring engagement, and reporting on campaign activity with recommendations for development.
  • Agency Liaison: Act as the key contact for the external creative agency, liaising with the Head of Marketing to relay priorities and ensuring the retainer is effectively managed.
  • Divisional Sales Management: Lead monthly meetings with Divisional Sales Managers to ensure we are driving the correct activity, communication, and supporting our customers with sector specialist material.
  • Product Launch: Work with the Head of Marketing and Procurement team to seamlessly launch new products.
  • Email Marketing: Scope, brief, and schedule email marketing campaigns alongside the Head of Marketing as per the eshot calendar.
Requirements
  • Design Software: Experience with design software including Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience of MS Office, Sharepoint software, and social media and email management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
  • Copywriting and Proofing: Copywriting and proofing skills.
  • Analytical and Data Skills: Analytical and data skills, with the ability to interpret and report on campaign activity.
  • Email Marketing and Social Media: Experience of email marketing, website management, and social media scheduling software.
  • Task Management: Proven proactive and efficient task management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and follow-up on projects and action items.
What We Offer
  • Salary: A salary of up to £33,000.
