Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Execution
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Brand Management
    • Develop and maintain a strong brand presence across all marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
    • Collaborate with the creative agency to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage target audiences and drive business results.
    • Create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to support marketing campaigns and brand awareness.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
    • Provide marketing support and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a recruitment or professional services environment.
  • Skills
    • Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, content marketing, and digital marketing.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
