Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing plan that aligns with the company's business goals. This will involve collaborating with senior management and sales teams to enhance the UX of customer-facing materials, generating leads to achieve growth targets, and supporting new product development and launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a marketing plan aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B marketing.
  • Background in Manufacturing/FMCG.
  • CIM Professional Diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Strong product marketing and creative skills.
  • Experience with marketing technology and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
