Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to provide exceptional front-of-house services to our team and visitors. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous reception services to visitors, staff, and stakeholders
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and responding to inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including room bookings and catering arrangements
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other administrative software
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
