Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Recruitment Consultant/Manager to head up a Commercial Division, with a view to a Directorship opportunity. The ideal candidate will have several years' specialist recruitment experience, with established business contacts either locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage a team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Executive, Commercial, HR, C Suite, IT, Technical, and Legal recruitment sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions, including contact details and communication history.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Several years' experience in specialist recruitment, preferably in a commercial or executive search role.
  • Established business contacts within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
