Key Responsibilities:
As a member of a dynamic and supportive team, your role will encompass essential functions, including:

  • Ensuring the seamless operation of the sales office
  • Generating various documentation such as quotes, reports, and presentations
  • Engaging with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance
  • Supporting order processing, invoicing, and dispatch activities
  • Coordinating marketing materials and promotional initiatives
  • Organizing meetings and managing travel arrangements
  • Participating in additional project work as required
Qualifications for Success:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
  • Significant administrative experience, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing context
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
  • A proactive approach with the capability to take initiative
  • Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbally and in writing
