Position Overview

We are excited to collaborate with a prominent technology firm that excels in providing IT services and solutions. Their extensive offerings encompass hardware, software, IT infrastructure, and managed services tailored for both private and public sector clients.

In response to their expanding operations, they are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join their Business Solutions and Services team on a fixed-term contract. This position will support the growth and development of the team, facilitating effective collaboration between Business Solutions and Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Business Solutions service desk

  • Administer the annuity platform and manage monthly billing processes.
  • Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist the Marketing team with both internal and external documentation.
  • Generate regular reports across various solution areas.
  • Foster relationships with Finance and Business Solutions to ensure smooth billing and service delivery.
  • Supervise the usage of the Loyalty Scheme and update customer records accordingly.
  • Manage the renewals inbox and communicate updates to sales teams.
  • Provide weekly updates on solutions and compile relevant deals.
  • Handle daily inquiries related to acquisition integration.
  • Organize quarterly social events for team engagement.
