We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Fleet Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our client's expanding Fleet Team, recognized as one of the UK's premier Fleet Management organizations.

This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements after an initial training phase, which will be outlined during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Lease Control Spreadsheet.
  • Initiate new financial leases and conditional sales agreements using Leasewave, ensuring accuracy in all billing details.
  • Address inquiries related to invoices and other lease data issues.
  • Manage the disposal of leased assets.
  • Generate monthly balance sheet reconciliations and complete the associated month-end checklist and control file.
  • Develop a comprehensive Process Notes document detailing leasing procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the organization.
Experience Required:
  • Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs.
  • Prior experience in leasing is preferred.
