Engineering Operations Coordinator

Thrive Group is pleased to collaborate with a client in the engineering sector who is seeking to hire an Engineering Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of a dynamic and supportive team, your role will encompass essential functions, including:
- Ensuring the seamless operation of the sales office
- Generating various documentation such as quotes, reports, and presentations
- Engaging with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance
- Supporting order processing, invoicing, and dispatch activities
- Coordinating marketing materials and promotional initiatives
- Organizing meetings and managing travel and accommodation arrangements
- Participating in additional project work as required
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A strong background in administrative roles, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing context
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
- A proactive approach with the capability to take initiative and responsibility
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Outstanding communication abilities, both verbally and in writing
