Cargo Charter Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven individual to join our Cargo Charter Sales team as a Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging flights for a variety of clients, from aid shipments to rescue animals. Our team works around the clock to ensure seamless charter operations, and we are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a Trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will guide you through your first 7 months, helping you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange flights for clients, ensuring timely and secure transportation of goods
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Work closely with the Cargo Charter team to ensure seamless charter operations
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company
- Previous experience in sales or account management
- Bachelors or Masters Degree (desired)
- Previous experience in airfreight or freight forwarding (desired)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and motivated, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Hardworking and flexible, with the ability to work under pressure
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000pa, plus 10% uncapped commission. Additionally, you will have access to our industry-leading training programme, clear career progression opportunities, and a range of benefits, including 22 days' holiday per year and free onsite gym and canteen facilities.
