Cargo Charter Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused individual to join our Cargo Charter Sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and developing sustainable relationships with clients, arranging charters for their shipments, and working closely with our Cargo team to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with the Cargo team to arrange charters, ensuring timely and secure shipment of goods
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in a second language is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
