We are seeking a dynamic Financial Leader to join our team as a Business Partner. This role will be at the heart of strategic financial management, working closely with our mission-driven teams to ensure that our financial processes are not only robust but also contribute directly to the empowerment of women and girls around the world.

In this role, you will lead the annual budgeting process, drive monthly management accounts, and provide critical insights through financial analysis to support key decision-makers. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure effective financial planning, and you will have the opportunity to influence and improve financial systems, making them more efficient and aligned with our values.
