Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with children in a residential care setting is essential.
  • A strong understanding of child development and trauma-informed care practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people.
  • Level 3 NVQ in Children & Young People is required.
