Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new customers.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Proven experience in sales account management, preferably in the food industry or packaging sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Full clean driving license and ability to travel regularly.
- A competitive salary, circa £35-£40k, plus a car allowance of £5k and bonus scheme.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days per week working from home and 3 days spent with customers or on-site.
- The opportunity to work with a leading food distributor and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
