We are seeking an experienced Air Freight Sales Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new and existing air freight trade lanes across a broad worldwide market.
Key Responsibilities- Source new business leads and act on those provided by Sales and Operations Colleagues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for quotations and enquiries for ad-hoc business.
- Identify sales opportunities and profile all new business to understand how we can support with freight and customs.
- Generate new sales linked directly to the current business plan.
- Use the CRM system to effectively record, manage and develop opportunities.
- Prior experience in a Sales and/or Account Manager role.
- Ideally experience with Air Freight movements.
- Desire experience in shipping, freight, transport, or import and export.
- Private healthcare for you and your family.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hybrid environment from both the office in Birmingham and from home. If you have an established freight, import and export sales background, we would love to hear from you.
