Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements.
  • Reviewing and analysing financial data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
  • Working closely with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline accounting functions and operations.
  • Communicating financial information to non-finance managers within the business.
  • Contributing to the improvement of financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant who has:

  • Working towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
  • Experience in a similar role within the Housing sector.
  • Strong technical skills including proficiency in accounting software.
  • Good communication skills to convey financial information effectively.
