About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Manager to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ambassadors in the community, prospective residents, and their families. As the first point of contact for enquirers, you will effectively and empathetically support them in their journey of finding a care home, answering their questions and welcoming them into our home when they move in.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all enquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Meet set occupancy and revenue targets.
- Advance enquiries through the sales process and conduct show rounds.
- Exceed customer expectations and deliver a first-class customer experience.
- Business development and networking.
- Local marketing, including organizing and managing events at the care home.
- Build awareness of the care home and establish links and partnerships in the local community.
- Administrative duties, such as move-in and contract paperwork.
Requirements
- A flexible approach to the needs of our customers and an understanding of the issues that older people face.
- A full UK driving license.
- A positive attitude.
- Ability to meet targets and KPIs and deliver results.
