Lift Maintenance Engineers

We are seeking to hire full-time, NVQ 3/4 qualified and experienced Service & Repair Engineers to enhance our dedicated teams for established service routes.
Key Qualifications:
- Organized, customer-focused, and approachable, with a proven track record in delivering service to diverse clientele.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification, with extensive service & repair experience; NVQ Level 4 is preferred.
- Proficient in maintenance, repair, and diagnostic troubleshooting of various passenger and goods lifts across multiple manufacturers.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and provide emergency cover.
- Reside within the service area.
- Fully mobile, possessing a valid driving license and readiness to travel.
- Authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer care and maintain effective communication.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on a diverse range of lifts.
- Perform corrective fault-finding maintenance, minor repairs, and servicing tasks.
- Comply with safety and quality procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and team members in daily operations.
- Complete and submit all necessary online customer documentation and reports.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping and service on assigned sites.
- Engage in periodic additional service-related tasks as required.
