We are seeking to hire full-time NVQ 3/4 qualified and skilled Service & Repair Engineers to enhance our dedicated teams, focusing on established service routes.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Strong organizational skills, customer-centric approach, and a friendly demeanor, demonstrating confidence in delivering services to a diverse clientele.
- A minimum NVQ 3 level qualification, with extensive service & repair experience; NVQ 4 is preferred, specifically in lift systems.
- Proficiency in maintenance, repair, and diagnostic troubleshooting across various types of passenger and goods lifts from multiple manufacturers.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota for emergency cover.
- Residence in the service area.
- Full mobility, holding a valid driving license, and readiness to travel as required.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
- Availability for an immediate start.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing exceptional customer care and maintaining effective communication.
- Conducting routine preventive maintenance on a diverse range of lift systems.
- Executing corrective fault-finding maintenance, minor repairs, and servicing tasks.
- Adhering to safety and quality protocols established by the company.
- Collaborating with your Service Manager and team members in the daily operations of service tasks.
- Completing and submitting all necessary documentation through online customer portals.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and service quality at all assigned sites.
- Performing additional service-related duties as required.
