We are seeking to hire full-time NVQ 3/4 qualified and seasoned Service & Repair Engineers to enhance our dedicated teams for established service routes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Organized, customer-focused, and approachable, with a proven track record in delivering exceptional service to a diverse clientele.
  • Minimum NVQ 3 level qualification with extensive service & repair experience; NVQ 4 is preferred.
  • Proficient in the maintenance, repair, and diagnostic troubleshooting of various passenger and goods lifts across multiple manufacturers.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and provide emergency support.
  • Must reside in the designated service area.
  • Fully mobile with a valid driving license and readiness to travel as required.
  • Authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering excellent customer care and maintaining effective communication.
  • Conducting routine preventive maintenance on a variety of lift models.
  • Performing corrective fault-finding maintenance, minor repairs, and servicing tasks.
  • Adhering to safety and quality protocols set by the company.
  • Collaborating with the Service Manager and team members for efficient job execution.
  • Completing and submitting all necessary online customer documentation and reports.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service on job sites.
  • Engaging in additional service-related tasks as needed.
