Leicester, United Kingdom Team Support Staff Full time

We are seeking to hire full-time NVQ 3/4 qualified and skilled Service & Repair Engineers to enhance our dedicated teams, focusing on established service routes.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Strong organizational skills, customer-centric approach, and a friendly demeanor, demonstrating confidence in delivering services to a diverse clientele.
  • A minimum NVQ 3 level qualification, with extensive service & repair experience; NVQ 4 is preferred, specifically in lift systems.
  • Proficiency in maintenance, repair, and diagnostic troubleshooting across various types of passenger and goods lifts from multiple manufacturers.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rota for emergency cover.
  • Residence in the service area.
  • Full mobility, holding a valid driving license, and readiness to travel as required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Availability for an immediate start.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and maintaining effective communication.
  • Conducting routine preventive maintenance on a diverse range of lift systems.
  • Executing corrective fault-finding maintenance, minor repairs, and servicing tasks.
  • Adhering to safety and quality protocols established by the company.
  • Collaborating with your Service Manager and team members in the daily operations of service tasks.
  • Completing and submitting all necessary documentation through online customer portals.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and service quality at all assigned sites.
  • Performing additional service-related duties as required.
