We are seeking qualified and experienced Service & Repair Engineers to enhance our dedicated teams, focusing on established service routes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Organized, customer-focused, and friendly, with a strong ability to deliver service to a diverse clientele.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification, with extensive service and repair experience; NVQ Level 4 is preferred.
  • Proficient in maintenance, repair, and diagnostic troubleshooting for various passenger and goods lifts across multiple manufacturers.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and provide emergency cover.
  • Reside within the service area.
  • Fully mobile with a valid driving license and readiness to travel.
  • Authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing excellent customer care and maintaining effective communication.
  • Conducting routine preventive maintenance on a range of lift models.
  • Performing corrective fault-finding, minor repairs, and servicing tasks.
  • Adhering to safety and quality procedures and policies.
  • Collaborating with the Service Manager and team members for efficient job execution.
  • Completing and submitting all necessary online customer documentation and reports.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and service quality at job sites.
  • Engaging in periodic additional service-related tasks as required.
