Are you a compassionate and encouraging person eager to deliver exceptional therapeutic support to children in need? Esland Care is committed to transforming the lives of children through specialized services of the highest quality.

Role Summary:

  • Schedule: 4 days of work followed by 6 days off, including overnight shifts
  • Attractive salary range: £36,720 to £39,060 annually, with options for additional shifts
  • Immediate assistance and trauma-informed care in a serene setting
  • Engagement in outdoor and adventurous activities
Qualifications:

  • Background in children's residential care (preferred)
  • Level 3 qualification in residential childcare (preferred)
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions
  • Alignment with Esland's core values
  • Enthusiasm for outdoor and adventure-based activities
  • Minimum age requirement of 21
