Senior Activity and Intervention Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Activity and Intervention Support Worker to join our team at Esland. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young people, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a children's residential care home, a Level 3 diploma in residential childcare, and a Full driving licence issued in the UK. You will also have a keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities, as well as in-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and best practice.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational development. You will also be responsible for implementing therapeutic interventions and activities to support their needs.
