So, what will your responsibilities be as a Facilities Operations Coordinator?

- Uphold the organization's Health and Safety Policy and all operational procedures.
- Abide by the stipulations of your employment agreement.
- Assist with the upkeep and alterations to buildings, equipment, and assets as necessary.
- Collaborate with contractors to implement optimal practices.
- Act as the primary contact for Facilities-related queries and emergencies.
- Monitor and address Facilities help desk requests on a daily basis.
- Oversee and evaluate external contractors, ensuring satisfactory completion of tasks.
- Conduct routine health and safety assessments, inspections, and take corrective measures.
- Execute minor building repairs and modifications to reduce risk or disruption.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality maintenance protocols.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve technical challenges.
- Support Facilities, Health & Safety, and Environmental functions as required.
What qualifications are we seeking in our next Facilities Operations Coordinator?
- Experience in a production environment or a relevant apprenticeship certification.
- Familiarity with Facilities, Health, Safety & Environmental regulations, legal compliance, and best practices.
- Self-driven with the capability to effectively monitor and meet performance targets.
- Competence in using computers and Microsoft software.
- Valid driving license.
- Forklift truck certification.
