Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to tenants and leaseholders, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a high level of customer service to tenants and leaseholders, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Update tenants and take dilapidation photos for our files while work is ongoing
* Make appointments with tenants to visit their apartments/homes and take dilapidation photos of before and after works
* Work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all works are completed to a high standard

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
