Port Financial Operations Specialist

Role Summary
As a Data Specialist in port operations, your primary responsibility will be to manage Tax, Fee, and Port Expense calculations for our cruise bookings in the United States. This position requires proficiency in Excel for data management and calculations, and you will serve as a vital point of contact for MXP development and inquiries. Your duties will also include communication with Port Agents, updating tariff documentation, and maintaining budget databases using Excel. Additionally, you will assist the team with administrative tasks and various projects related to Port Services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek candidates who demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data analysis and pivot tables. A proactive mindset, positive demeanor, and a collaborative spirit are essential traits. While experience with the MXP system is advantageous, training will be provided for those who need it.
