  • Manage aged ledger items to minimize outstanding balances.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project work to enhance our client's financial processes.
  • Maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to financial documents.
  • Assist with internal billing queries to provide excellent customer service.
  • Review monthly transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Maintain financial allocations between divisions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Deal with queries related to overdue invoices and supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Prepare and distribute internal reports to provide valuable insights to our client's management team.
  • Produce and distribute remittance advices to suppliers.
  • Update and maintain supplier contact and master data records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Full right-to-work in the UK is required, with prior experience in accounts payable within a UK finance function.
  • Ability to understand and process financial data accurately and efficiently.
