Port Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Port Operations Specialist to join our team at Carnival Corporation and plc. As a key member of our Port Services department, you will be responsible for handling tax, fee, and port expense calculations for Cunard bookings in the US.
Key Responsibilities- Manage data and perform calculations using Excel to ensure accurate and timely processing of port expenses.
- Serve as a key contact for MXP development and queries, providing expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with Port Agents to ensure seamless communication and coordination of port operations.
- Update tariff documents and maintain budget databases in Excel to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects related to Port Services.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in pivot tables and data analysis.
- Proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.
- Experience with MXP system is beneficial, but not required as training will be provided.
