About the Offer

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.

  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.

Please note that this is a land-based role located at either our Southampton or Luton offices, offering a flexible hybrid work arrangement with international travel expectations.

About the Job

  • Act as the main contact for the finance department to create accurate financial forecasts and budgets, and provide cost-saving strategies to the Head of Marine & Port Operations.
  • Provide end-of-season ship-by-ship analysis of fixed and variable spends, and review the MXP Port Cost Management system for accuracy.
  • Provide strategic analysis of home and wayport costs to outline port comparisons and identify opportunities for full-season service/commercial agreements to benefit from economies of scale.
  • Ensure onboard teams follow procedures for reporting port costs, continuously improve port cost procedures, and assist with project work as required, including international travel.

About You

  • Experience in analysing and approving both proforma and final disbursement accounts.
  • Skilled in developing financial forecasts, particularly related to port costs.
