Port Services Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Port Services Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our port services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and analyze port data to ensure accurate and timely calculations of taxes, fees, and port expenses.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models to support port cost forecasting and budgeting.
- Liaise with port agents to obtain updated tariff and port cost documents.
- Ensure port cost forecasting models are up-to-date and main budget databases in Excel are maintained.
- Perform occasional port/discretionary cost comparison analysis and complete Port Services-related ad-hoc tasks as requested.
- Request and maintain port tariff documentation for all active Carnival UK destinations.
- Assist in the calculation and assignment of accurate TF&PEs to Cunard passenger US bookings in line with the Launch and True-up processes.
- Ensure supporting tariff documentation is available for each port cost passed through to the passenger.
- Support the team in other administrative tasks.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and has a strong analytical mindset. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing complex data sets, developing and maintaining Excel models, and ensuring accurate and timely calculations of taxes, fees, and port expenses.
