Port Services Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Port Services Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our port services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and analyze port data to ensure accurate and timely calculations for Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (TF&PE)
- Develop and maintain port cost forecasting models and budget databases in Excel
- Liaise with Port Agents to obtain updated tariff and port cost documents
- Perform port/discretionary cost comparison analysis and complete Port Services-related ad-hoc tasks as requested
- Request and maintain port tariff documentation for all active Carnival UK destinations
- Assist in the calculation and assignment of accurate TF&PEs to Cunard passenger US bookings
- Ensure supporting tariff documentation is available for each port cost passed through to the passenger
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and has a strong analytical mindset. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing port data to ensure accurate and timely calculations for TF&PE. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining port cost forecasting models and budget databases in Excel.
