Port Services Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Port Services Data Specialist to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our port services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calculations for Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (TF&PE) using Excel for Cunard booking passengers in the US.
- Serve as a point of contact for MXP development and queries for port admin users.
- Liaise with Port Agents for updated tariff and port cost documents.
- Ensure port cost forecasting models are up to date and main budget databases in Excel are maintained.
- Perform occasional port/discretionary cost comparison analysis and complete Port Services-related ad-hoc tasks as requested.
We are looking for a highly proficient individual with expertise in Microsoft Excel, particularly in utilizing pivot tables and formulas to analyze and interpret complex data sets. You should also have a proactive and positive approach to tasks, ensuring a timely response to requests.
Experience with MXP system is an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
