Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our services, working closely with our clinical teams to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and processes. This will involve providing administrative support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that our systems are running efficiently.

Person Specification
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of IT systems and software, including Oracle Cerner Millennium
  • Driving license and ability to travel
Knowledge and Understanding Experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of the National RA guidelines and responsibilities
  • Excellent working knowledge of complex applications, preferably gained in a healthcare environment
  • Experience of working to strict security and access controls, and adherence to Data Protection Act and security requirements
  • Experience of delivering results to third parties
