Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Wellocks, a leading UK food distributor in the hospitality industry.

About the Role:

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Prep Room, ensuring that products and services are delivered to the highest standard. You will work closely with the management team to maintain operational standards, manage stock, and resolve production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the production process to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products.
  • Supervise and train a team of production staff to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a production or supervisory role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
