About the Role:

The Operations Supervisor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to assist with the day-to-day management of the transport fleet. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating drivers, planning and executing routes, and ensuring compliance with in-house and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with drivers and dispatch to ensure efficient route planning and execution
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver performance and compliance
  • Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Provide support and guidance to drivers to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively

About You:

  • You must have a valid NZ class 4 licence and a strong understanding of transport operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with drivers and other stakeholders
  • You will be a proactive and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong focus on safety and productivity is essential for this role
